"I am unequivocally thankful for finding this insurance practice and switching over my agent. I was previously based out of washingtonville, and I will spare the individual by not including his name. Quite frankly, my previous agent made multiple errors on my account by making changes without my permission. To sum things up shortly, my brother moved out of my house in november of last year and is no longer attached to our house as a driver. Somehow my agent made the mistake of listing my entire house (myself, my mother and father) at his new address, which I have yet to even step foot inside of. Not only did he change my address without verifying with me or asking for my permission, he proceeded to take several weeks to rectify the issue - all while state farm was trying to cancel my insurance policy due to his errors. He stated that he was going back and forth with underwriting continuously and spent well over 20+ hours on my case. Well, as upon switching insurance agents my situation was rectified within the day. I made a phone call to Nicole who has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me with this entire situation. She was able to explain to me thoroughly how to make the agent change, and once it was approved she was in contact with me immediately. She will go out of her way to call me to follow up and make sure I am on the same page, and always calls when she says she will. She is always eager to help and is a perfect embodiment of how insurance agents should treat their consumers. Ryan helped rectify a situation that dragged out for almost a month within a matter of hours and was extremely thoughtful the entire time.
